Hi Everyone!

As we head for the weekend I am pleased to report that as I write this all pending payments are still being paid on time - in fact at the moment there are none outstanding.

I have also paid a large number of commission payments and only have nine waiting for me to check. I don't expect that I will be able to do these now until the beginning of next week, but if I get an oportunity I will. I am sorry if you are one of the nine but I am dealing with them in order that I received them.

To avoid getting a backlog of commission payments again I plan to leave the cashout button for commision payments open all the time so you can make your request at any time. Please try to avoid making large numbers of small requests, save your commision up and enjoy a larger sum ... and give me less work!

Some commissions are still not being added to the 'Other Cash' total although they are appearing in your earnings, If this happens on your account then please report it using the link in the members area. This will make sure that I don't miss it.

And don't forget, after today compounding is not an option for the time being.

17SurfPro - Update 2 October 2007

Hi Everyone!

We are now approaching a week of expired upgrade payments being made on time so it looks like things are getting back on track. Thank you for your help and patience.

The urgent issue is Commission Payments. I have opened the relevant button so you can request payment BUT please read this first. Many accounts are showing the wrong amount because the script is still not working correctly.

If you are happy with what your account says is due then make your request by clicking on the appropriate link now showing in the members area.

If you think the amount is incorrect please click the other link. A form will open in which you can enter the details for your claim.

It is going to take some time for me to review all the claims but hopefully in a few days time I should know the extent of the work necessary to pay them all. I will keep you updated on progress. Please be patient, I will try to settle all payments asap.

COMPOUNDING: Please remember that after Friday of this week the compounding option will be withdrawn. Several members have asked whether it can be offered in the future. Possibly yes, I will think about how to manage it once the commission payments have been sorted.

Hi Everyone!

Good progress is being made on clearing the backlog of pending payments. As I write this the oldest pending payment has been cut to only 5 days so we are well on target to being back on track by the end of the month.

Once the pending payments are back on track I will get to work on the commission payments.

And a reminder: The last opportunity for compounding pending payments will be on Friday 5 October. Many thanks to all those members who have been compounding their pending payments, this has help to get us back on track by easing the immediate pressure on the cashflow.

17 SURFPRO - Update

Hi Everyone!

Here is the latest news on the current situation and I hope that you will find it good news!

By the end of this week, Friday 21 September, I will have the funds available in my offline bank to pay all the pending payments. UK regulations restrict the daily amount of money that can be transferred to online accounts and the transfer process takes between three and four business days. This means that it will take to the end of the following week to transfer enough funds to complete all payments.

During this coming week, before I receive the funds mentioned above, I will continue to pay as many egold and AlertPay pending payments as funds allow. SolidTrustPay payments are still being made on time.

By the beginning of October I expect 17SurfPro to be back on track as far as upgrade payments are concerned.

In the meantime I am going to continue to offer compounding of pending payments until Friday 5 October, which will be the last day that compounding of pending payments will be available. I may offer compounding again in the future as it appears to have been a very popular option.

I am hoping that by the beginning of October the commission payment script will be fixed and once all upgrade payments are back to normal, I will be able to start paying the outstanding commission.
